I am doing a small Business. 4 people working in the s,all manufacturing unit I go very seldom.am i wrong?

Because I blindly trust them I hv given power to one of the staff to take care of all woos there and i always keep in touch on phone .. Bcs there is no place for me to sit .Shall i change the place ? then I hv to invest lot of money too I do all my official work from home .suggest is it right way or I should upgrade and shell out lot of money , so if i work from home I can take care of household too I am confused
