What should I do with my iguana?

in the past i've asked many questions about iguanas, no I just wan't to discuss and ask some more question, my iguanas a female, she likes to go in water and then run and go back in water her favorite thing to do wierd right? she quickly adapts and is fond of just basking and running around, but when I get close to her she gets afraid she really doesnt trust me : ( I've handled her 3 times now and showing her i don't want to harm her, yet she's still afraid, I know theyre like this and I just want to know what would be the best schedule of doing activities with, I do all the neccesities but maybe there's a ceratin time to do it best? is there? <<< IMPORTANT QUESTION Also I'm not sure if she likes her ffod, I'm cofused because of what i ve read, when I offer her food she takes around 5-10 minutes to go down and eat it, she often messes it up but eats it well, she seems to not feel bad about the food but she messes it up, I've read that when igs mess their food they don't like it, does
