Reno 911 question about the cast...?

Who is the girl on Reno 911 that wears the headband and the big gles. The cops have to go to her house all the time for random things like tonight I watched an episode where she had been on her roof shooting at the highway lol...I dont know what the episode was cuz my husband deleted it already ... :P so if you know who that actress is..that would be great THANKS!!!
