Dont know how i feel about a boy :(?

ok so my sister got on my facebook a few days ago. she started chatting with this guy named wes. my sister said do u want to go out? and wes said omg i cant belive this is happening i already asked someone out. but he didnt go out w/ the person he asked out. he also said there was a 40% chance he would go out w/ me. but after my sister (jessie) said it was jessie. so yesterday we started chatting. my sister took im labtop and wouldnt let me chat w/ him (this is on facebook) he said do u really like me? and my sister, jessie said yes. i kinda like him kinda not. its about 50/50. i dont no what to say to him. if he askes me out should i say yes?
