Is this a good romantic idea for valentine?

Well the idea is that I got her a necklace and a ring. Im gonna visit her for four days in San Francisco so i was hoping to make all four days romantic. She thinks I didnt get her anything for V-Day because I told her I only had enough money for the hotel room and dinners, which is what I wanted, so the idea is that the first day she has cl in the morning so during that time I would go pick up flowers for her when I pick her up from cl. Then hang out around San Fran and take her out to dinner. During dinner I would give her the box with the necklace but the box being empty. Hopefully share a laugh then later on that night I would present the necklace placing it on for her. Then before heading back to the hotel room, I would ask her to hold my phone. I grab my phone and the ring in one hand and pretend to put the phone inside when I really put the ring and box inside. (hopefully she doesnt go through her purse afterwards) Then at the hotel room, I would just say I gotta use the bathroom or shower and ask her to check my phone. So while me in the bathroom, I think as she goes through her purse she finds the ring and opens the box with a note saying I love you and I would text her in the bathroom saying I promise always and forever in my heart and hopefully things go from there. I dont know, maybe its not as good but what do you think? Sorry long and not as well detailed. Also any good romantic places in San Fran? I dont really know the area
