My puppy's gone weird, help!?

It can be a few different things. Because he is a puppy he is trying to push his limits, see how far he can get away with things (much like a child does). You will have to discipline him when he does act out. It can also be that he isn't getting enough attention, so make sure he is getting long walks, and played with.
