One-Sided Relationship for 20 years?

My husband and I have been together 20 years, my parents warned me before we married that they saw this relationship as one-sided and yet I felt in love and we married. In our entire marriage I think he has only come to me about a dozen times, saying I do not indicate to him an interest in ......I have always been the one to go to him. After years of this I finally got tired of it and basically we have maybe once every 6 months. He doesn't ask me to lunch yet I know he's gone to lunch with other women. I am the one asking him to do things like like to a movie or a walk. He has had these emotional affairs with ladies at work where he will go to their office and hang out, crack jokes and munch on the candies on their desk and then claims they are innocent but yet he is not seeking anything from me or giving me compliments or wanting to spend time with me. He claims he has never been unfaithful and that might be so but I feel so ignored and unwanted, unloved. I recently sent him an article about the harm of emotional affairs and one-sided relationships and he never responded which made me feel like he has no respect for me or my concerns.
