Should i break up with my girlfriend?

ok i love her and she loves me only thing is she doesnt really show it for example we were at a party and i felt soo sick so i was jus sittin alone in a corner and all my friends asked if was ok except for my own GF!!! not only tht but since i've been with her i've changed and did stuff that made me lose my friends and families trust. So i literaly exchanged her for everythng i had and all i ask is that she show a little love, which she does but only wen we are alone. I spend ALL my free time with her weekends, after school, lunch, durin periods, and i give her everything she wants but she is soo ungrateful to me. i buy her w/e and i ever even get a thank you but when some1 else does she says thank u over and over. i know its hard to unersatnd but can i please get some sort of response
