What does a oversize camshaft, flat head pistons & special timing chain do for a car? & how much hp can it add

I have a 1994 camaro Z28. engine was locked so I bought a new block..now engine fine, but found out I had extras on car. How much horsepower would you say I have..including K&n and Intake system and aftermarket exhaust.
