Why will my deep freezer no longer freeze?

I unplugged it to move and defrost the freezer. After leaving it unplugged for about 1 or 2 weeks, plugged it back in, and since then, it will not freeze. It's been plugged in for about 2 months now. I have a Haier model LW110B and lost the user manual and their web site no longer has the manual available.
