Can someone explain to me what this Bible verse means?

Adam and Eve brought sin and death into the world by their actions, we have all lived in that world and brought the same indictment upon ourselves in like manner by our own sins. Jesus ( the second Adam ) in an ogous manner brought redemption into the world, and we humans can now accept that sacrifice and Grace that the Father bestows on us because of His Son living His life now at the right hand to help us.
