What happened to that band hope 7 from when I was in elem. school?

They broke up.The lead singer got arrested (I don't have a clue what it was for.) Then, a different band member got divorced. And before you know it, they were all messed up (mentally). I guess later just decided they couldn't take the press. If you want that type of music Maroon 5 has some songs like that
