What should i do? I dunno if i should get rid of my old car n get a new one or just deal with it? plz help!?

I have a 2003 c240 mercedes benz which is paid off, but everything in there is broken! ie: my penger door handle is broken, my left top speaker screen is broken, my speakers are about to give out, my c-d player doesnt work, my sun roof doesnt work, my hook has a dent that cant be fixed unless you buy a brand new hood!, my brakes needs to be changed soon ( its AT LEAST 350.00), need oil change ( 80.00, not at a benz dealer), my tires need to be changed! my car needs service cuz my check enginie light is always on, and my signal switch( <--- i dunno if that what you call it) doesnt stay down, and my lock on the driver side doent lock sometimes!! so thats why i want to get something more affordable n modern too, so i was thinkingh about getting a 2008 jetta. my payment wil be 250 a month, around there. do you tink its a better idea to get rid of my broken down benz, n get another car, BUT have to have car payments all over again? or just stick with this car since i paied it off already? and why do you guys think what you do? n do u think a jetta is a relaiable car?
