Does ovulating two healthy eggs in an IUI mean a good chance of twins?

You could.. but i ovulated 9 eggs total the morning of my iui and didnt get prego ... it just depends on the them lil spermies and eggs meeting up and gettin together.. but i wish you the best of luck.. good luck!!!!! BABY DUST
