Is there any trustworthy group collecting donations for the FLDS children?

Is there any organizations monitoring the treatment of these children in state care? I agree completely with their removal from their parents but foster care is not always a safe and reliable place. I hope that someone is puting something together to help these kids get out of the cult and grow up healthy.
