It all sounds very nice but it's all completely untrue. 'Make no laws and the people deal fairly with each other' Yep! that must be what all those Vigilante groups were about all those years ago!!! there will never be a Eutopia anywhere because there will always be that one thing to prevent it. Mans inherent need for greed.
