The exercise you are doing is great, but I would add a work-out with weights, that will really tone your legs up fast. Also check the soup...how much sodium is in it? And the Greek dressing...did you make it yourself, or is it from a bottle? If purchased, check the sodium content in that. When you have your period you retain water anyway, and combined with sodium you may be experiencing a lot of bloat. Oh...I just say your additional details...watermelon contains a lot of water...this combined with all the other stuff is probably what happened. I wouldn't stress.

Electricity leak in tank?

Hi, i have a very large turtle tank with a submerged heater and and submerged filter........I have had both in the tank for over 1 year no problems. Last night my heater started making strange bubbling noises before i went to bed, it was in a protective cover so i couldnt see much so i just left it. The next day i was feeding my turtle and i started to get static shocks too my fingers only when they made contact with the water tension not when fully submerged......i talk out the heater to check under its cover and found it was fully cracked and it came apart!.....i have replaced heater and all seems well. How ever i tested it again before and got a staic shock again.....i dont know if im going crazy or what :) is there a way to test if power is going into tank or not?

Hey, i'm 16 and for about 4 days now, i've had an itching sensation on my and a lot of bumps that look like goosebumps close together. The only that I can recall changing down there with my own action is a different lubricant. It burns very very little when I put hot water on it as well. It's not an STD because I haven't had with anyone. I don't think this is Pearly Penile Papules either because all the pictures i've seen of that case don't look like mine case. How can I temporarily level the ground for a pool?

My backyard consists of a driveway, a large cement slab, and a small area of gr, all of which are not level. I have a 3 1/2 foot pool that is 12 feet in diameter that I want to set up on the cement area, but like I said its not level, it slopes slightly to one side. I had the pool set up last year and by the end of the summer when I went to take it down the slight slope had shifted the water enough to the point that I was unable to get to the hole to drain the pool how it was supposed to be drained. I am looking for a way to level the ground slightly, but not permanently. Can someone please help?

Stay at home moms, how do you manage it all?!?

It gets easier when your baby gets a little older. My son was 15 months old when my daughter was born (a month early!). My husband also worked a lot (11 or 12 hour days) and I didn't have any family close by for two years. Here's what I did that helped: 1. Make your hubby do the bills. It's not like cleaning the toilet or doing dishes. He's capable of working the calculator and it will give you less stress and free up a little time. 2. Have your hubby pick up things you need on his way home from work (like wipes or small grocery lists when you notice you're getting low). It takes me an hour to feed the kids, get them dressed, pack the baby-bag, get myself ready and buckle the kids in the car; then into and out of the shopping cart...It takes your hubby 8-10 min. to run it and get it. 3. My husband is much more helpful when I ask him to do something specifically in the moment vs. a general long-term "help out more" goal that is more vague. Be specific with him ("Honey, can you put the laundry in the dryer?" or "Could you put the rest of those dishes away please?" or "Can you quick vacuum the crumbs for me?"). Try it, it and you'll be surprised! 4. Every time you make a meal, double the amount you make and freeze half of it for later (lasagna, meat, cerole etc.). You're cooking, anyway so you might as well double the ingredients. So much easier to grab and reheat when you're tired. 5. Give the kids a bath every other day (or two days if you're sick or exhausted!). I noticed my kids were getting dry skin from baths every day, anyway. You can always clean their hands and faces in between. 6. Make a rule "no tantrums" for your toddler and put him in time-out when he has one. My kids almost never have tantrums since I made that rule. Also, let your 3 year old pick three toys to take to bed. Tell him every time you have to go into the room or tell him to go to sleep you'll take a toy and he won't get it back until tomorrow night. That's what helped with my son! 7. Remember that sleep really is the priority for you! You have two little kids and a lot of responsibility. Unless you know someone is coming over, let the housework slide a bit for the sake of sleep and less stress. 8. It will get better/easier all on it's own. Next year you'll have a one year old toddler and a 4 year old, time goes very fast! Try to enjoy your kids as much as you can in the middle of the chaos and sleep-deprivation because they don't stay little forever. Soon enough you'll look back and miss those tiny hand-prints on the gl and slobbery little kisses, big hugs and first words. Things will get better! Good luck!

Without signed authorization from the parent/legal guardian, can immunization records be released to the public shool system? Everything I've found in the HIPAA regulations says we can to a public health entity, social services, certain cirstances for law enforcement. But, I don't consider the school to be either of those - they're a public education entity, in my book, and public schools have procedures to notify a parent/guardian if they find a child's immunization record incomplete, then it's the parent/guardian responsibility to submit the info to the school system. I personally rcvd one of those notices for my daughter @ her 6th grade year. I would have been ticked if I'd found out my doctor's office had released any records without my consent. Front grill 2003 Infiniti M45?

I just had some minor body work (mostly just paint on the fenders and one front quarter panel) done on my 2003 M45 (23k miles). When I went to pick up the car, I noticed the front grill appeared speckled. I asked if the car's panels had been sandblasted or if something had been sprayed that would have pitted the grill and the body shop manager said that was just pitting from road dust that must have aculated over time and I never noticed before. There are a few small chips in the actual chrome but this grill is a composite material painted over, and that part looks about 20 years old now, completely speckled and chipped wildly (and completely uniformly, not more on the bottom and less as you go higher). Is this normal for a car with so few miles? Did I just never notice it before? I'm skeptical. The air bag has to be reset, too, I noticed, so I figured they disconnected the air bag (they denied doing it), but they're sending the car out to a Nissan place to reset the air bag)

recently one of my close girl friends came out saying shes bi. Shes really butch for a girl and not the prettiest thing out there but my friends and I still loved her all the same. I actually wrote an abnormal psychology paper about this in college, wish I still had it for reference. According to a book that I used as my source, fairy tales were never meant to be soothing and fun for children. Fairy tales were created in order to teach children life lessons at an early age. Fairy tales were suppose to search as bedrock for the child's moral development, therefore they may come off as harsh to us today given the sheltered nature our society has created for children. My paper was about how these tales can actually have an adverse effect on the children, creating psychology problems instead of enriching the child's moral development. I've posted some book titles below for further reading on the topic. I only used the Intro. to the psy. of fairy tales for my paper but I can't find the other book that I used.

The ps3,360 and wii are all fighting to dominate your life. Each company was determined not to simply make another console but a total life device. I have all three and the 360 by microsoft wants me to link to the pc and all other ms apps. The ps3 wants me to have a psp so it can be with me all day and my wii mii with the DS. They don't have it together yet but it is coming and worse than that are the games. The photo-real look of games like gears of war and madden is incredible. The others require you to make moral choices that affect the game but unleashed has the AI encoded with self preservation this as "cool" as it may be is very hard (I mean like stem cells) because this means when you kill an enemy in this game it feels the the terror of death. First time starting a compost pile...Help?

I want to try gardening but my soil needs some work. Everyone has suggested using compost; they say it's "soil gold." The question is, how do I start a compost pile? I want just a small, indoor thing, like in a milk jug or something. But what do I put in it? Will it smell? Do I add anything else besides the food scraps? Fridges freezer is 'defrosting' itself every few days...?

I have a Sears Kenmore fridge that is only 3yrs old. Every few days, the freezer 'defrosts' itself leaving everything sort of soft but chilled. I am not losing any food since it doesn't get that warm. There is an icemaker that works great. The fridge works awesome and things stay cold. Freezer is the only problem. Nothing blocking the air vents in the back. It is not over stocked or full and the air has plently of room to move about. Any ideas what this could be? Anyone else have this problem?

Can a LET 3 in Army JROTC become battalion commander?

I am a sopre and I am a LET 1 right now and I am ranked as the top Cadet in Leadership and Academics (Number 9 in cl rank). I won Superior Cadet for LET 1, Academic Excellence, Academics Cord, and Cadet of the Year and many other awards. I was told it was highly unlikely for me to become BC, yet if I had joined last year I'd be well on my way but I didn't due to the fact my mother tricked me into not doing it because of the military affiliation. In my battalion there is a shortage of LET 2s & LET 3s and one cadet, because of this was moved up to LET 2 level (due to there being no squad leader ). I don't think that is fair to penalize me for not joining last year and coming this year and busting my *** to get awards and recognition all for a horrible cadet to be able to move up just because be was in the right period. So is there possibly any way I could become BC, being as I out perform every cadet on every level? I really love Army ROTC now and I plan on applying to a military college. So any suggestions would help as long as their nice.
